Ambijus - A range of non-alcoholic wine alternatives inspired by Scandinavian nature.An exploration into unique and complex flavours, we‘ve set out to redefine the non-alcoholic wine occasion using boreal forests, unspoilt fjords and everything in-between as our inspiration. We work with real ingredients native to Scandinavia and extract their flavours and aromas using various techniques including fermentation, maceration & distillation.
