We took a trip to Seoul and fell head over heels in love with the Korean cultural phenomena “chimaek”. We’ve since launched two restaurants in Dublin, and a range of sauces which combine traditional Korean ingredients with our own unique influences - they’re spicy, funky fusion food at its very best.
