Koya is a Japanese udon restaurant with three sites in London: Soho, City and Hackney. Koya is renowned for it’s udon and dashi, handmade fresh every day at Koya’s noodle workshop in London Fields. Omiyage (お土産) translates to ‘souvenir’, we like the idea of having a little bit of Koya at home.
