At Pickle Project, we combine natural, fresh ingredients with a load of science, to make really good pickles. Our party trick is blasting herbs + spices with ultrasound to make our brine. It’s a little nerdy + complicated, but it means your jar is full of bright, punchy and super ‘pickly’ pickles.
