Surfing Cow Gelato

We make gelato using fresh, whole milk from our cows in South Devon. The sea air and coastal pasture gives their milk a natural minerality, which translates into a greater depth of flavour. Made on the farm in our purpose built production facility, our food miles are actually measured in metres!
